Hi everyone! I come from Istanbul, Turkey and have lived in United States since August 2005. It all started six months ago one of mine friend Zeynep took me to salsa night at the Red Room. When we got there, there were a lot of people. I watched my friends dancing and I watched other people dancing then I tought "I can not wait to learn SALSA"!!! It was then that I fell in love with salsa. Zeynep introduced me to Yang and I decided to take salsa lessons from Yang and Erin. I have been taking lessons at Intosalsa since October 2006.

I have been dancing since when I was a little girl. I danced Turkish folkloric dance and our traditional belly dance. I love dancing to latin music, especially salsa and bachata. Salsa has given me opportunities to meet wonderful people and learn about other cultures. Since I have been dancing I have made so many great friends.

I want to thank Yang and Erin's patience, teaching techniques, and for the being the best teachers. Also I have to thank them for giving me the chance to be a teaching assistant for the beginners. I would like to thank all the people that have danced with me!
