Erin Lamb

Erin is an Indiana native. During her childhood and teen years she was a gymnast. She competed for five years before leaving the sport to pursue her first love - dancing. She was trained in classical jazz and ballet by her mentor, choreographer, and instructor, Amy Beatty. For the next four years she performed in various ballet and theatrical productions, and festivals.

While in college, Erin became the dance instructor for her old gymnastic team. At the same time, she began experimenting with different styles of dance. She had the experience of partner dancing for the first time doing Swing dance. But, she never was fully won over until one night, in 1999, when she walked into a smokey night club and discovered salsa. At that point, she knew she found her home in the dance world. Since then, she has worked hard to combine her jazz and ballet training with Salsa.

Erin met her partner, Yang, in 2002 and the sky has been the limit ever since.
