Fiesta Friday at Adobo Grill

If you missed Fiesta Fridays at Adobo Grill last week, you really should make a point of going out this Friday. Yang and I enjoyed the full Adobo Grill experience last Friday and were not disappointed.

Friday afternoon I drug Yang into DSW so I could buy shoes - a girl always needs more shoes. By the time I was done, we were starved so we went next door to Adobo for lunch. The food was excellent. Adobo is known for its guacamole that is made at your table, and we were sure to order it. We also ordered a few appetizers just to get a taste of what was offered. The guacamole was good. Actually it was one of the managers that prepared it for us. He was very amiable. I'm always impressed when a member of management rolls up their sleeves and works along with the employees. It is a good sign that good service is a high priority in the establishment.

The space is Beautiful (notice that is with a capital 'B')! The floors are all spankin' new, made with hardwood. The walls were all painted a nice warm orange color, and Frida Kahlo reproductions decorate the walls. The bar, very important to me, was large. Premium tequilas are their specialty, and there is a long list from which to choose. I ordered several different specialty cocktails, and was not disappointed by one. I can assure you I walked out the door with a smile on my face!

Finally, and most importantly, Yang and I really enjoyed Alex Alex's party, Fiesta Fridays at Adobo Grill. The party had the style and ambience of parties I've been to in Chicago. Alex had said he read my most recent article and was going to make sure to keep the music fresh. (Thanks for taking me seriously, Alex!) Many people I spoke with that evening were having a great time. Whether you want to bust a move on the dance floor, or have a fancy cocktail and relax, or just chat with good friends and take in the beautiful surroundings, Fiesta Fridays at Adobo Grill are for you. I want to support this event because Indianapolis needs more events of this quality. I applaud Alex Alex in his choice for this venue. It has taste, class, fantastic ambience, great food, delicious drinks, and - so far - good service. I hope everyone gets the opportunity to check it out for themselves. You won't be disappointed. (If you are, I'm sure I'll hear about it! )

I also enjoyed Fiesta Fridays at the Adobo Grill very much. It is, by far, the best venue for salsa that I have experienced in Indy. It is elegant and comfortable and the dance floor is great. I especially appreciate the no-smoking rule. Thanks to Alex-Alex for organizing this opportunity. Hope that a lot of salseros will support Fiesta Fridays!

The Adobo Grill is by far the nicest Salsa club in Indy that I have been to, It has everything that a Salsa dancer wants, also for me close to home. I just love it.

welcome back AlexAlex! I'm so proud of the fact that you've taken the time out and now are back, better than before and your class and elegance has always been well known even as we worked together in the past with our events at the Vault. I will be one of those people who will be attending. What I most look for in a latin club, is atmosphere and hope that all can enjoy the Adobo grill also in the future. I'm sure that this venue is a winner!!! no question, hands down!!! and I for see many classy AND elegant events coming ...show em what you can REALLY do Alex Alex!
