IntoSalsa Latin Dance Studio is located in Downtown Indianapolis. We also offer Salsa dance lessons
at The Red Room in Broad Ripple. IntoSalsa has been a promoter for Salsa dancing since 2003. We provide dance instructors, performers, and DJs to night clubs, corporate events, weddings, and festivals.

What's New

ANNOUNCEMENT: There're no classes on Saturday, July 4th. The IntoSalsa Sunday Social is cancelled this month due to the holiday. Classes will resume on Monday, July 6th with a new Beginner 1 Salsa class at 6pm.



Good News! Come celebrate all-American 4th of July holiday with painting and dancing at Washington Square Mall from 1 to 4 PM on Saturday, July 4th. We'll create a participatory painting for their Community Center, powered by the Latin rhythms of DJ Phlipp and DJ AztecPrinz -- music that can give you the energy to paint or dance or both! Free Salsa lessons provided by IntoSalsa! This free event is open to the public, and sponsored by Tharp-Perrin Gindhart Artists, Inc., IntoSalsa Latin Dance Studio, and the Simon Property Group. This event will take place at the Community Center in Section E near Sears and next to the Irish Step Dance Studio. Washington Square Mall is located at 10202 East Washington Street.

On Sunday, June 7th, IntoSalsa Latin Dance Studio performed at the Indiana Festival for the fourth year in a row. We presented 45 minutes of performances including Salsa belly dance, Bachata, Mambo, & Rueda de Casino by OpenSourceSalsa. Click here for performance videos. Saturday, July 11th, Indy's one and only Kapitulo 1 returns to El Meson with their original Bachata songs plus other popular Salsa, Merengue, and Bachata music. IntoSalsa Fourth Annual Salsa Dance Competition will take place at The Red Room in July, 2009 with a total prize of $1000! The goal of the competition is to raise the level of Salsa dancing in Indianapolis. This year's competition is open to all levels and styles. Pros, semi-pros, and amateurs are all allowed. This year's winning couple will represent Indianapolis to compete at the Tri-State Salsa Championship at Cincinnati, Ohio from August 27-30, 2009. Click here for details.

Every Wednesday is Pure Salsa Wednesday Night at The Red Room in Broad Ripple. Each week we'll feature one of Indy's best Salsa DJ's who will play 70% Salsa music plus Merengue, Bachata, and Reggaeton from 9pm-1am. Dance lessons by IntoSalsa from 7-9pm. $5 cover. 21 and over.
